Research, investigations, drafting, trust accounting and billing — rebuilt around one idea: the attorney stays in charge.
Free pilot through December 31 — applications close November 29. Each application is reviewed first.
Why we exist
One counselor, one desk, every answer. Then software broke the profession into a dozen logins, none of them accountable to the record. Lexitio puts it back together: the whole practice in one place, with an AI co-counsel that shows its sources and waits for your signature.
How it works
Your day opens on one work queue across every matter — next action, next deadline, hearings and statute dates on one calendar.
Research runs on full opinion text with every citation checked. Investigations return a file where each finding traces to its public-record source.
Ask, draft, analyze — inside your matters, with the matter in context. Every output is flagged for attorney review before it leaves the app.
An IOLTA ledger for every trust account, reconciliation built in. Time, invoices, retainers and payment plans beside it.
The whole platform
Lexi is one part of it. The rest of the office runs on the same desk.
Every case in one place, with its parties, documents, deadlines and history.
A work queue across your matters, with statute-of-limitations dates tracked beside it.
Hearings, deadlines and events on one firm calendar.
Clients and other parties, linked to the matters they belong to.
Upload, organize and review the documents for each matter.
Intake forms by practice area, with submissions collected for your review.
A private link that lets a client follow their matter.
Time entries, a running timer, invoices, retainers and payment plans.
An IOLTA ledger for every trust account, with reconciliation and client ledgers.
Research and drafting with every citation checked, held for your review.
Lexi inside each matter, working with that matter’s record in context.
Public-record OSINT investigations where each finding traces to its public source.
Send documents for signature and track each envelope until it is signed.
Speak a question or a request instead of typing it.
One inbox for the updates across your matters, read or unread.
Subscribe to your Lexitio calendar from the calendar app you already use.
Bring matters and clients over from your previous system’s CSV export.

Founder

Chaim Greenberg, Founder and CEO
Chaim Greenberg founded Lexitio to bring law and technology together for small firms. He holds an LL.B in Law (Ono Academic College) and an MBA (Universidad Isabel I), and he built his career running operations: teams, budgets, and regulated, deadline-driven work. He knows that a small firm runs on the same moving parts: deadlines, billing, intake, and paperwork. Lexitio puts the practice in one place, with an AI co-counsel (Lexi) that shows its sources and leaves every decision to the attorney.
Lexitio provides software and AI assistance, not legal advice. Attorney review is required on all output.
Questions
Research is part of every plan. It runs on full opinion text with every citation checked, and an answer with an unverified citation is flagged for attorney review before it leaves the app.
If particular courts matter to your practice, ask about them in a demo: we walk every firm through Lexitio on its own matters.
Trust accounting is a state bar requirement, not a premium feature, so it is on every plan. Each trust account gets its own IOLTA ledger with reconciliation built in, and time, invoices, retainers and payment plans sit beside it.
Your state bar’s rules govern your trust accounts, and following them stays with your firm. We onboard every firm personally, so bring your state’s requirements to that conversation.
Each firm’s data is separated in the application and by PostgreSQL row-level security in the database. Traffic uses TLS 1.2 or higher, and the database is encrypted at rest by our database provider.
AI features send content to AI model providers through their business APIs, under those providers’ API terms. An append-only audit log records sign-ins, permission changes, matter events and AI queries. Our own SOC 2 audit is in preparation.
Lite $99/mo (1 user), Solo $179/mo (2 users), Pro $399/mo (4 users), Firm: talk to us (7 users). Extra users are $39/mo each.
Annual billing is 12 months for the price of 10, and there is a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.
Founding design partner program
We are opening Lexitio to founding design partners first. Put real matters through it during a free pilot that runs through December 31, tell us plainly what works and what doesn't, and help shape what we build next.
